Q: What is the seed money for?
A: The seed money is for overhead expenses such as deposits on the semi-formal dinner at the Carson Event's Center and park where we will host our family BBQ picnic , the website, for a D.J., photographer, videographer, etc.

Q: Why are we putting in seed money for the reunion and then charged tickets for the semi-formal dinner and tee-shirts?
A: The seed money will not be able to cover all of the expenses. The committee decided that families with 200 family members versus those with only 50 family members were still asked to put in $2800 for seed money. The dinner and tee-shirts now become a choice whether you want to attend and/or wear a tee-shirt. The dinner charge along with the seed money will help the family reunion to cover all other costs for the weekend.

Q: What is the cost for the semi-formal dinner?
A: The cost for the dinner is $32 per person ages 3 to adult. Children ages 0-2 are free. Children ages 3-11 are $25 and will receive a child's menu meal that includes, chicken strips, French fries, and Mac & Cheese. There is a service fee per ticket and a processing fee per order. The more tickets you order, you only pay a one-time processing fee, but still be charged a service fee per ticket. Sale ends June 7 at midnight.

Q: What about the other two days? What is planned in terms of entertainment and meals?
A: Sunday Worship will conclude with light refreshments and for the Monday BBQ, we are asking that each family bring a couple of sides, enough to feed your family, and a couple cases of soda.

Q: How much are tee-shirts?
A: Tee-shirts are $10, any size. Please reach out to your family rep to give them sizes and money for tee-shirts.

Q: How much seed money have we raised for the reunion? Where is it all going?
A: Thanks to all of you, we have raised $18,040 of seed money.

Your seed money is important so that we can cover all other future expenses. Any leftover funds will be discussed as to how they will be dispersed accordingly.
